- We take great pride in our customer service, from order to package delivery via Fed Ex and following up with you to ensure you are happy! Upon ordering, we will notify you as soon as your product(s) ship, and if available we will provide you with a tracking number. Please note that all shipping quotes on our website are shipping quotes for only the continental United States. Please call 1-315-288-0192 or e-mail sales@thepupculture.com for shipping costs outside the continental United States. Any special promotions for free/reduced shipping are only for the continental United States. Please inspect all packages upon arrival.

We will not sell, give away, or make your contact information available to any other organization or individual without your expressed permission. E-mail addresses are collected simply to increase communication with you the buyer regarding your purchase and/or to provide information to you regarding specials, promotions, product recalls, or pet related information. Thepupculture.com does not store credit card information.
- Returns & Replacements
- We are proud to offer a fantastic return policy. If you're not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. At times we offer free shipping, please be aware that if you return a product that has been shipped for free, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition, some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have come in contact with your dog. - Viewing Orders
- Once an order has been placed with thepupculture.com it will be forwarded to our fulfillment department. Upon fulfillment the order will be shipped and if available a tracking number will be provided.
